I’ve been diving since 1972 when I was 15 years old. Started teaching in 1992 and became an instructor in 1994. I’m certified to teach for both NAUI and PADI. Recreational diving is my passion and I dive many different areas from finding 6 inch Megalodon shark teeth and other fossils and artifacts diving in South Carolina to diving a graveyard in 120 feet of water to diving the Georgia Aquarium. I still enjoy diving the Midwest lakes whenever I get a chance but I won’t turn down a warm ocean dive. You can find me diving the warm waters of the Florida Keys and  the Caribbean or the Pacific waters of Hawaii or the cool water of the Great Lakes. You can also visit me as I dive in the new Kansas City Zoo’s aquarium where I volunteer to help them keep their tanks clean and their inhabitants (both inside the tank with me or outside watching) entertained.
