As a self-described scuba junkie I enjoy all forms of diving from 100 foot viz ocean dives to black water Midwest muck diving. I also enjoy teaching, working with and showing new scuba divers a world below the surface. I hold numerous recreational, technical, and professional scuba ratings from PADI, TDI and NSS CDS. Although my passion is scuba diving in general, given my druthers I do rather enjoy the ritual of preparation involved with technical diving be it in caves or on deep dives on wrecks. I am also a self-described gear head / tinkerer and spend a good amount of time making custom gear and hardware.
